underwhelming experience
poor internet stomach issue
the location and the view were acceptable.
the rooms are not what i expected for a 5-star place (they seemed more like 3-star quality to me). the internet was unreliable, and i ended up with a stomach issue. initially, we got a room filled with cooking odors from a nearby restaurant and it was hard to stay there. (at least, they changed it without much fuss.)

amazing stay with very nice views
free restaurants delicious options wonderful views
i found everything to be quite nice here. the restaurants are all free, and i thought many of them had delicious options. the hotel boasts wonderful views (a real treat!).
i found the distances to be quite long, especially when i stayed in one of the last rooms of accommodation building 5. this made for a walk of more than fifteen minutes to the lobby building.

the beautiful room sea view had a large bed. it also featured a seating area with a flatscreen tv. the bathroom included a walk-in shower and plenty of space.

there are three pools, though i noticed they weren't very large. i could see many lounge chairs around the pools. the hotel also has a volleyball court and tennis courts available .

the hotel has buffet restaurants, including citadel and culina. i also saw an asian buffet restaurant. there were bars where you could get coffee, tea, and soft drinks.

the food was quite basic. there was no variety and it tasted very bland. i was expecting a higher standard of cuisine from a supposedly high-end hotel. additionally, the check-in process was slow. it took an excessive amount of time to receive my room key. this was very inconvenient after a long journey.

friendly staff perfect suite amazing food attentive service
i really appreciated my stay. the friendly staff at the front desk quickly found a perfect suite. the restaurants had an amazing variety of food and drinks , and the service was excellent. ahmed rafaat at the beach bar was very attentive and made sure i had everything i needed.

i stayed a few nights. the animation team provided exciting activities, i liked it. the room with balcony was good. the restaurants had highly rated cleanliness.
The hotel is too big. I noticed great distance between the lodging and the beach. the music at the pool was too loud. i saw very basic drinks. The cocktails were less good than at other hotels.

delicious meals engaging team fun activities low quality inattentive staff long walk
i loved the variety of food available. the chefs prepared delicious meals. i found the animation team super engaging. they kept everyone entertained with fun activities.
the drinks were not up to par. the quality was quite low, especially the alcoholic beverages. i felt the reception staff could be more attentive. i experienced long walks from my room to the lobby. it was quite tiring.

clean room friendly staff
the rooms are wonderfully clean. the bed was very comfortable. the pool was very fine. the food was nice and all staff were very friendly. this.
the area was large. buses were supposed to run frequently. it seemed schedules were inconsistent. this required a little patience.
